Why would you be liable for damages and be sued in the first place? Seems like you're going to cheat people. Bad way to go. Take actions where you don't get liable for damages and/or not get sued.

prob easier to change your niche than to go about doing this. plenty of things to sell that won't kill your customer
if you're set on doing this maybe talk to a lawyer ... for things such as setting up an LLC to protect your assets if you do get sued. or research other people selling similar things & dig deep into how they are covering their butts.

I’m not selling anything dangerous except knives
 
Accept bitcoin, even tough you can't be 100% invisible but still much more better choose then stealth paypal because those accounts always gets shut down.
