I only accept paypal but i would like to accept cc too, what is the best provider?

THe price for my service would be 100 usd per person.

thank you

I have an account through authorize.net and I pay $10 per month to use it. You will need an actual business though, so I created a website and opened a dba bank account. Easy as that, I'm accepting credit cards.

wow that is too much for me

I sale like 100 per month

does anybody charge percentage, like 10 %

haha 10% of $100 = $10 per month Even if you sell $500 per month, its only $10.

how does paypal work with cc
you have to create paypal and then wait to verify few days, that is not good, i need them to pay immenditealy, is that possible with paypal to pay with only cc with no paypal account?

you can use http://www.plimus.com
they will give you whole infrastructure for accepting cc :)

yes instant payments are possible with paypal and you can opt to accept only instant transfers instead of echecks.

use plimus.com or 2checkout.com

With plimus you can get free account, but 2co require a one time fee, I think its $49.
You can also accept paypal payment with both provider.

can somebody tell me how to accept cc instantly with paypal?
I want to have everything in one paypal?

i could not figure this out

thank you

Paypal processes cards for you if you setup a business account with them. It is pretty easy to do. I do CC processing for one of my smaller mainstream sites with them at good rates. Remember, paypal doesn't like adult.

Just contact their customer support if you need assistance in getting setup.

thx guys. this thread help much. I've a question are these for only U.S. or can we use them outside US such as europe?

paypal is accept loads of european countries , yet still there are few countries which aren't accepted ... :) you can move on ... and use it :)

You can use FastSpring. There are no fees and unlike some other services, there is no pre-order phone verification, so more of your prospective orders are completed. There is no better customer service in the business - period.

hostmonster ( webhosting ) is offering pay-america (i think that's the name ) where you can accept and process paypal with, working with many cms shop systems as well. never tried it though. they charge like 2-3% of each transaction i think, something like that.

Plimus takes payment from paypal does this mean i have to have a paypal account too or can a customer pay threw paypal and the money will go to Plimus? I know alot of people feel safe paying though paypal but i hate dealing with paypal

thnks

you do not need a paypal account. plimus allows e-check, wire transfer, cc, paypal, etc.

if the buyer selects paypal, they log in to their paypal account and they pay the plimus through paypal. plimus then takes their percentage and pays you through your plimus account.

however, plimus only pays once a month on the 15th of the following month. So you sales for nov. 1st through nov 30th will be paid to you on december 15th. this means the earliest you get your money is 15 days after a sale. and many sales dont get paid to you until 45-46 days after the sale. if you dont use the plimus/payoneer card, you should add 2-3 days to the time frame for payment receipt.

its no big deal after you have a steady flow of cash, but to start out it really hurts

First of all you would need to get in touch with a payment processor. I have used chase payment tech they are one of the top guys out there.

You might wanna check out these guys
Code:
squareup.com
It's a software that runs on your phone, but enables you to accept credit cards in no time.

Yse the same paypal business or google checkout. Plimus sucks! Your customers will hate you for it.
