If you want to send
Every SEPA in Euro Zone can be anonymous to 10k euro.
Sender can put fake name and surname, wire transfer will arrive.
Anyway you need to have legit euro bank account on your side.
Do not overuse it, because banks with more transfers can check it.
This is not valid for the UK, Switzerland, Norway where you need to put real bank details of owner
If you want to receive
You can buy some fake Transferwise, Revolut but it's very fast AML/KYC trigger

The values are not right ,actually it will depend on country that you created the Bank acc or EMI, some EMIs in Europe dont do cleary the CRS report so there must be some loophole .
But again my advice would be nominees, also i advise to use Corporate Accs and not a normal client acc
