How to 301 Youtube Video Reliably?

I'm looking for a reliable tool that will 301 my videos, using either proxy traffic or something that makes it look a bit natural. I've got about $10 to spare on a good youtube view bot or just a 301'er.

I did though! After I load the proxy list, it loads worker 1-301, and then crashes.

My tool does not use proxies... don't slander me again
