How TikTok stitch without my videos

Hi

I noticed many accounts are now doing Stitch with popular videos, but they are not using any videos of their own.

I tried making stitch with popular videos too, but TikTok makes me record a video of my own as well. Cannot upload anything from the gallery also.

What I want is to be able to just use the other video and not recording anything myself.

Anyone knows how is this done?

Maybe there's some specific editing method integrated into the videos that let's it fly under TikTok's automated system, if at least temporarily. I'm not quite sure on how they don't get immediately pulled or flagged or such. That or the creators posting the Stitch might have just gone with the easier method of posting videos of themselves or something to that effect just to keep doing what they do.
