How those Channels do the Copy Claim Method without being Caught ??

Hello,

I learnt recently about the copy claim method, it's a pretty scarry method since it allows anyone to monetize content on YouTube without being part of the YPP.

But for what I understand it's hard to earn a big amount of money with this method since label like Tunecore ban your account as soon as they have suspicion that you use the copy claim method.

I found some channel that post copyrighted content with this method since months or even 1 year and that use label to monetize this copyrighted content and that withtout being caught. How do they do that ???? For what I see this is always the same label that they use. Do they use some trick to not being caught or is there just some label that are less strict ?

The channel I am talking about are "Vines best fun", "VN Channel" or "My Cookie Storytime" for example.

It looks like these channels work mainly with label like "Label Engine" or Digisay Music.

Is there a particular reason why some labels are more indulgent than other ?

They post compilation of spam videos. Since it cannot pass through the monetization process held by Youtube, they insert copyrighted music in their videos.
They have an agreement with the owner of the music company. Channel gets the let’s say 90% of the revenue earned (depends on the agreement) and the music company gets %10. This way, you can make money even if your channel is not eligible for Youtube monetization rules. That’s how it works.

Yes, Many Distributor will ban your account for this method, some distributor works 3-4 month and also will blocked your account, you need to research which distributor works long time for this method,

I blocked from 6-7 distribution companies. tunecored, distrokid, cd baby, dig dis, audiam, amuse, and more, Now I am working with HolaTune, HolaTune works great if your music is not used in sexual and harmful content in many dose,

When you apply on HolaTune you cant tell them that your traffic is from Youtube, many youtuber uses your music, they have good deals for youtubers.

Apply is simple, like any distributor, but when support asks something you can say that your music is popular on youtube and youtubers using your music,

To all those who are mesmerized by the HolaTune response. Be aware of this, this is a scam company, they will steal your money. Do a quick search on Google or TrustPilot and read the reviews. There are many responses by newbie accounts circulating in the forums for a few months now, advertising the HolaTune distributor.

do you know that HolaTune is scam ? do you have any proof? I did not find any bad review in google or on trustpilot , where do you find bad reviews or how can you say that HolaTune is scam ?

I still working with HolaTune and never had any problem

therefore , I did not post any comment on this forum, myself I wanted to learn good method for working, now you can choose distorkid and your account will banned,

when you say that Company is scam, You should be responsible on your words,

You are believing a new account with no proof whatsoever, try them yourself and see if it's a scam
