I can't find how this website has increased their DA PA showing MOZ

He still got 9 domain referrings, so maybe this is the reason, you should know the discrepancies between different tools, they may get different time stamp, e.g. Ahrefs count the link last year, but MOZ count the link last month, just an example.

Second, I think maybe a 301 can have same effect, but I am not sure.
