If you use template, script from somewhere, they probably injected malicious code and visitors get redirected.

this is used by domain admin to make sense with seo
it have many links on same domain and all this links redirect to same website link
i need know how he do this , script or what and how get it ?

Too easy, check htaccess url rewrite.
