Is it a new video and ads are still to be activated after 'x' views?
Is he just adding videos to grow his base until he can show ads?
Once ads are implemented obviously he'll earn money because people like you have and will share it and it will get millions of views. 1.48 should be able to squeeze at least 2 ads in. at 1/2c each 1 million views thats half a million pennies.
