Usually the method is to start an account. Buy followers. Get real followers posting good content and asking for it, if you incentive them you will grow quicker. Once you are starting to be big, do shoutouts with other accounts. When you are big enough start a new account and post from the big to gain thousands of followers quick.

I know people having like 20-25 accounts with more than 100.000 followers in each one. In one week they can have a new account around 25k followers.
 
If you look at the recommended users you will see that there are tons of bot-names like this account and also with the same amount of followers. So I definitely don't think this is normal grow.

I'm sure there's a lot of bot followers included. Just peep at the engagement rate.
 
Most of the Indian guys follow accs where they see post of girls, it is natural in India..
