how this guy avoid copyrights claims

Posting othwrs videos is a newbie move. Why not just say the niche without leaking their work. I'm not saying they will definitely be here, but still it's a bit wrong.
 
1. Adult material is allowed when you label it as such.
2. Creative Commons Attribution license allows people to reuse the content.
3. All movies are either old Italian movies from the sixties or Arabic crappy B-movies so nobody really cares ;)
 
well, someone actually needs to care and report those in order for youtube to take action and they don't look that mainstream :d also.... he might have gotten lucky, doesn't mean it won't happen at some point.
 
those movies look like from the 70s, i doubt anybody cares, bad move on exposing his channel here work.
 
How about the channels that post Family guy/American dad/Simpsons videos, they even have ads in them !!

the copyright owner is the one getting the money,. Thats the case in most situations, so dont be too envious of every youtubers who upload copyrighted works, most of the time the are just working to make someone richer.
