Just tell me how this channel is still monetized? it's just compilation videos with voice over. that's it.

My fried did similar channel about cars. with his own voiceover and powerful descriptions. Monetization was rejected for reused content.

I guess YouTube considers this transformative, since he's adding his own twist to it. Also most of his videos are sent in by users so he shouldn't have too many issues with complaints.
