Base on my experience it is better to upload it using mobile. So, if your tool can post through mobile app, then it will have no negative impact at all.

Mobile devices for uploading video seems to compress the quality, there is no way to upload 4k video, even if you have a very high quality video, when you upload it will be compressed to 1080p
