How they do? Something is there

Hello Guys. First of all sorry my english, is not my main language. I have a small YouTube Channel near 5k subscribers and i want to say i working Very hard on that over 1year.

Recently i discover some channels, something is strange for me. How they do? I list here few channels:

BlowMe AI
n8wealth
Ansuwu
YouTube Money
Journey FI (this guy Take monetize with only one video)

All of this channels, with few videos have many views and subscribers and all of this are Very similar editing, YouTube avatar, thumbnails and even YouTube Channel ART.

I understand is about CTR and average view duration, but no way as i say i grow so hard my Channel.

Even if i can edit Like them and a start a New YouTube Channel, i am sure on my first video i dont have any view. So what you think guys? What secret is there? Appreciate and respect

Regarding the channels you mentioned, it's possible that they have found a formula that works well for their audience and are able to consistently produce content that keeps viewers engaged. It's also possible that they have implemented effective promotion strategies, such as collaborating with other creators or utilizing social media to increase their reach.

I don't know much about youtube these days, so I can't give you solid advice on it.
But if they are doing great when you are not. Then they must do something you are not doing, things like mylove123 suggested.
You either have to test it out yourself or you can find a job in a big agency/ team/ group and learn from them. I recommend the second approach, works way better in a much shorter time.
