How they change Alexa Ranking so fast?

Hi all.... im absolutly a beginner on SEO things... thats the reason for my big first Question.

How can this Site grow so fast in Alexa Ranking?
Also if some one speaks German, can he tell me how this works? Because Spanish/German Google Translation is not usable...

Is it possible that i do this by myself?

That site's Alexa ranking is 800k...i can do that without any tool..let them go under 100k which is impossible without traffic

But my question was how they do this?????

What i can do to arrive the same for my private Site (3Month 2,5Millionst place).....

Just visit your site daily....tell some friends also.. ranking will start coming down..check this wannabeblogger.in I did the same with that
