How They Are Ranking This?

So, I have seen people upload podcasts on Amazon, ranking whatever content they want... I tried Same, Created almost 30-50 amazon accounts, and uploaded podcasts, some even indexed in google, but few problems came :

• URL Does not include keyword perfectly, sometimes misses the main keyword and uses supporting keyword that i used in title.
• Can't choose which country i want to rank in, as it chooses randomly.
• Even if my content is uploaded successfully with right keywords, it's not showing on google as a lot of numbers of similar content are now posted..
• One of the content that was ranking before is now replaced by someone else, and the old content vanished from rankings (still indexed).. how did they do this?

here's the example, (Not my niche). Anyone knows the solution? Or even few tips like how can i rank that page if i have URL?... Thank you

Indexing doesn't mean ranking. Many pages stay indexed but lose visibility.
