How They Are Monetize Copyrighted Songs?

Hi,

I was checking some bollywood songs on youtube and found that many user are monetizing these songs, like some have created jukeboxes, some have used image slideshows and song in the background etc.

So I also tried by it encountered a copyright claim so I wasn't able to monetize. I am in dilemma that how they are monetizing these songs. Is there any way out.?

Maybe that is the key of success for their. Maybe they just don't want to share their method and make themselves competition.

You can't monetize copyrighted songs. You only do it until you get caught.

So if you monetized it, got like 20-30k views and then got caught. Would you be able to keep the earnings?

I have seen some channel who are almost 5-6 years old and still going good!

I'm not sure but as much as I know, if the video happens to have a copyright song, you'll be notified by youtube that Ads will be shown in your video but the earning will go to the Adsense of the copyright holder.

By this way, uploader can make their channel popular and earn through next non copyrighted video. People always tend to check other videos if the channel is popular.

they will get banned sooner or later , by the way, the other day i was singing in the shower and Pitbull appeared asking me to make a duet with him, i refused and from that moment i will never sing in the shower.
