How they are adding copyrighted music on posts?

If you check their bio and website, they say those are legal samples that you can buy to use and you pay royalties based on the length ..etc

I believe they have the necessary licenses to be able to post those on their Instagram page.

Checked, but they don't have a license for this song...
 
It also depends on the lenght of the post, Instagram does not define how long a post should be though, so it's a gray area.

What do you mean in length?

Music is copyrighted, you can't use even 1 second from it.
