How the new account will work

Hi everyone,
I just created an account 7 days ago. I know because of tiktok algorithm my account can't follow or like anyone at this time. Do I need to leave my account there for another 1-2 weeks, or I will log in to my phone and interact. Both methods help to unban my account from following or liking?
Can someone who has experience with that issue please reply to help me?
Please give me some helpful advice

Tiktok sometimes limits new accounts to prevent spam. Best is to wait few more days. stay logged in, and use the app normally ( watch videos, post content). Don't rush likes or follows- build trust slowly.

happened to me. i just liked and commented normal and after a week I was able to like and follow.

Leave the account idle for 1–2 weeks — don’t log in or interact. That helps reset the restriction. After that, come back slowly: engage little by little, no mass actions. TikTok is sensitive with new accounts. Patience works best here.
 
Leave it idle for a week, then start slow—watch videos, like a few, and follow 2–3 per day. That usually helps unrestrict new accounts.
 
first don't login on multiple devices just watch videos for few days and try to like and follow then

Leaving it idle for 1 or 2 weeks might help, but a better approach is simulating light, organic activity from a clean mobile IP (as if you're using a real phone). Just scroll and watch content daily without forcing actions. It signals to TikTok that the account is real and safe.
