How the hell this shit email can be inboxed?

Sup guys,

So i have made one email account and subscribed myself to tons of email lists so i could receive other people spam and steal ideas ( ), and i am constantly getting e-mails from one guy and they are all time inboxed, but e-mails are so badly made that i can't believe that anyone would click on them and i don't even wanna talk about how the hell they are inboxed, anyway here is one of the e-mails :

It depends alot on his ip reputation.

It does not depends on ip reputation only, you can send from 100% clean ip but if spamassasin or any other anti spam solution find a forbidden word, too much links or anything like that, you email goes to spam.
And this only have high spam detection score :S.

Sorry op, I was in a hurry when I sent those emails out. You have to understand, I send out over a million emails each day (manually) My fingers get tired, and my eyes get tired, and I just simply mess up.
