How the hell they are getting approved for these?

Hey guys,

Really getting brain fog with these types of ads. How in the world are they getting approved for these ads? Or, is that so easy?

It's a Udyme course that's originally priced at $129.99 and currently selling at $18.99, but these guys are selling it for just $5.

I am not concerned about the prices they are selling for, but concerned about how they are getting approved on FB ads to sell a copyrighted material? Or, is FB ads so easy to get approved?


They are even selling Neil Patel's $997 costing course for around $20. All four courses they are selling are copyrighted and I don't they they can get a reseller's rights for any of these.

Really eager to know. I don't think it's cloaking, cos they might not be able to afford cloaking for that price, or maybe I am wrong.

Seeing a lot of these lately. Just didn't want to show the site, since there have been many debates lately about exposing other's domain/site name.

Any knowledge shared would be appreciated.

Maybe they are Rebranding them and then selling it?

Can you also show all the other ads to get a clear idea?

Have you bought any course till now? May be better than udemy

Not rebranded. If you look at their site, they have clearly mentioned the owner of the course.

They have 3 Udemy courses each costs $129.99 originally, but are currently available for $.19.99 each in Udyme and Neil Patel's that originally costs $997.

They have clearly mentioned the author's names as well.

Seems, they are manipulating something.

I even asked their chat support on each of the courses and they accepted that they are the courses of the authors and asked about the copyrights and they said, there won't be an issue and said they are doing it for over 6-8 months without any issue.



That's not all. I am seeing ads related to the sales of Office and windows keys and many other things.



I think, even this is not allowed to see via FB ads. Isn't it?

Any thoughts guys?

Well, when those assets (images, videos etc.) are not uploaded to FB's Rights Manager it wont triggers the policy maschine reviews.
Only when a stackholder is reporting a copyright infingement, it will lead to a take down or ban.
The Website is 5 month old, I guess they'll face a ban sooner or later...

Honeslty trademark and copyright laws are very slow and expensive. I have worked with Google Team for 2 year to remove a trademarked ad with all legal documents but still it live till date. I am sure copyright issue takes longer than trademark issues.

So many flaws. FB allows such ads, payment gateways like stripe, and instamojo doesn't give a F on what they are selling.

Instamojo has made go round and round to approve my account for the gateway for a legally owned business and finally, I gave up on them and moved to another payment gateway.

Does that mean, even payment gateways don't care what you are selling?

I think it's more a question of capacity. Of course all those huge companies have a corresponding paragrapgh somewhere in their TOS & Policies which is stating that any illegally services or products will lead to a takedown and or further aligations from the local Authorities etc.
But who can check all that?! It's impossible, when thinking of giant Facebook who only has aprox 10.000 Employees and a couople of outsourced fact checkers and review departments... that's actually ridicoules.

@Ankith K Shetty it's not a trademark issue, it's actually an obvious copyright infringement, but what you has stated above is correct, it indeed can take months or even years

Yes, I agree with that. But, my doubt is when ads accounts of many legit users are getting banned, this survival has definitely made me think.

I see a lot of dropshippers saying their FB ads accounts got banned lately, so this makes me wonder how.
