How the hell is this eBay seller doing this?

Ahh.. Yet why does it display the high price instead of the actual one? Also pressing the "Buy now" button also asks me to pay the high price.. *Confused* :)

Edit: Just to mention, this isn't the first time I've seen such listings..

He may have raised the price on the auction for some reason, I can't sure though.
 
EBay sellers usually increase the price when they do not have that item in stock and want to keep the listing active for future stock.
