How The Hell Do you Manage Multiple Social Media Accounts In Python Console Application?

I have successfully created some scripts but now I want to insert multiple accounts, assign Proxies and set follow limits etc. I did that with C# before but I needed to switch to node.ja or Python for the time being and it is very difficult to find a solution for an application without a UI

python with undetectable browsers like MLAPP or kameleo that give you unique browser fingerprints.

GUI thing is pretty hard for me too but somehow i dont need any gui for any job
