How the heck is he able to keep that GIF pinned and visible at the top of his sub? He's got it in every single sub that he owns.

Anybody know how he's doing this as it's not any of the available pinned post options and I don't think you can do something like this in the "code" area of your sub (srry forgot what they call that place you can add in code and stuff)

whoa, super interesting. first time i'm seeing that and something i'll keep an eye out for. unfortunately i'm as lost as you on how to do it!

That's the first time I've ever seen that:suspicious:
 
I’m getting a a lot of DMs guys this is not the standard pinned post. I have a network of subs I am very aware how to do that.

This is likely a custom script somebody has written in the place that allows you to script through the subreddit API.

Mods if I broke the rules by saying I’d pay someone my apologies i will make a post in the want to buy area.
 
I can help you setup the pinned comment with GIF. I have done it in the past

You will get allot of messages saying hey we can do this contact us on telegram/skype.
 
From what I can see they found a way to use the GIF as a background image so it overrides reddit's default image behaviour. So I'm guessing it may be a partial sanitization exploit. I may be wrong but that's most probably it.
