how the heck do i deal with this Phone Verification problem?

so its been 2 days since my phone has been stuck in phone verification mode (i only posted a cpa link and 20mins later got the Phone Verification)
at first it always asked me to enter my "security code" which was supposed to be sent by IG (although i never got one) then after a day...it just completely shuts me off i.e it keeps asking me to "choose a diff number" which ive done with non success

so is there any soloution to this problem? (i have verified my account a few times in the past)

im going to wait it out a few more days..i heard others had this problem and it worked after a few days...so ill keep this updated

yes, that's what i was about to suggest there were a couple of threads about this last week and it seems waiting it out solved the problem in the end.
