How The Heck Did You All Miss This???

I spent the 4th on the beach with the fam, kicking it at Surf City, USA. You need a day every once in a while to disconnect from the computer, you know?

Anyhoo, I heard on the radio about Michael Jackson's memorial, and how they were going to raffle off tickets, and how you should sign up online to get them. OK, but the silly thing was, no one ever said WHAT website you should sign up with. I immediately thought to myself if someone had a website like michaeljacksonmemorialtickets. com, put up a email form, they could collect emails like there was no tomorrow in a day, then sell Michael Jackson memorabilia and related items like nuts. I saw earlier today that someone grabbed the domain, but it's parked, and I think the actual signups are closed, but they grabbed almost 2 million requests for tickets over a 2 day period. What a friggin list!

Just throwing out a random thought there. Hope your 4th rocked like mine.

Yeah I wish I hadn't missed this, but I have an idea about how to take advantage of this when the free tickets are actually given out. BTW when are the free tickets actually going to be given out?

Edit: Just found out that people were notified today if they had won tickets.

Yeah, Harro. It was some crazy glitch that hit when I posted. I just got back on. The site gave me a 502 for a few minutes. I sent a message to you, too Mike, but I don't see it.

I got the 502 error as well. In fact I can't access BHW with increasing regularity lately. Is the site under constant attack and being taken offline ervy now and then?
