This is what i do to prevent the big-GAY from knowing my location

Clean pc with ccleaner
dont store any cash or cookies
dont share my locations with brouwsers
turnd of locations sharing in windows8
use a dedicated US private proxie in firefox

Zo i connect to google, do a search and every thing is in english wich is correct because i use a US private proxies

Zo i search google adwords clik it and then the adwords page loads in my native language wich is not english. How the fack dus google adwords know my native language while i use a US PRIVATE PROXIE?

google cars were also checked the wifi signals' names, so if you are connected through wifi... :)

Good chance you may find some info on that here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-Forwarded-For

The info below is from that page.

Proxy servers and caching engines

The X-Forwarded-For field is supported by most proxy servers, including Squid,[2] Apache mod_proxy,[3] Pound,[4] HAProxy,[5][6] Varnish cache,[7] IronPort Web Security Appliance,[8] AVANU WebMux, ArrayNetworks, Radware's AppDirector and Alteon ADC, ADC-VX, and ADC-VA, F5 Big-IP,[9] Blue Coat ProxySG,[10] Cisco Cache Engine, McAfee Web Gateway, Phion Airlock, Finjan's Vital Security, NetApp NetCache, jetNEXUS, Crescendo Networks' Maestro, and Web Adjuster.
X-Forwarded-For logging is supported by many web servers including Apache. Microsoft IIS 6.0 & 7.0 can use a third party ISAPI filter to accomplish this task. IIS 7.0 can also use a HTTP Module for this filtering.[11][12]
Z-Scaler uses Z-Forwarded-For instead.

Well, do you by chance use Google Chrome?

Google installs an "updater" service, make sure you deleted this one as well.
Check here if you leak some info: http://www.alanwood.net/demos/browserinfo.html
Delete flash cookies.
If nothing helps, try to use https://www.epicbrowser.com/

@ goldendeli, i bought dedicated private proxies from proxy hub zo i geus i have a private proxie.

@Lancis, I dont see the updater service in my task bar. I will try that browser.

Seems like google is also picking up the language settings of my browser. maby this is the reason google adwords is showing up in my native language.

2 things that come to mind, 1st is disable all javascript if you haven't already. 2nd is change your date/time zone settings so that they match the proxy you are using. Can't promise either one will fix it for sure, but I'm pretty sure that both can be used to get your location even with a proxy. Maybe try a VPN instead if that's an option for you as well. They would have an even harder time tracking you through a VPN. Hope it helps though and good luck.

yes i have hide my ass vpn will try it

Flush your dns.
Try using explorer and check your ip and then give it a try to adword.

Just so you know, browsers send by default an Accept-Language header which, in most cases, depends on your installation of the browser and/or the regional language of your Operative System.

You can obviously modify this as you wish (in your case, you should change it to "en-us"). Check out this plugin for firefox.
