How tf to do youtube

I'm uploading shorts on youtube to monetize a channel, I've uploaded like 50 and each has average 1k views. Like, how tf do you stay motivated with this? reaching 10 million views? seriously wth, I don't know how people do it when the algorithm hasn't made your videos viral and you just have regular views.

Do you know any good smm panels for this? or any other way? because I'm trying to not do automated ai shite, which would mean making lots of shorts daily, I'm doing them manually and having a few shorts per day and getting 1k views each is madness and I'll probably stop soon, not worth it.

Content creation is just rough, atleast for me. Have no passion and when I try to do it, it just is a burden.
But yea, as the other guy said, you just keep posting until one hits. When that one hits, study it and try to make it happen again.
Reiterate on what you have each time so theres a small chance you go viral.

Yeah, the Shorts monetization grind is brutal if your videos are only doing around 1k views each.
Don’t use SMM panels or fake engagement — that can hurt or even kill the channel.
The better move is to use Shorts for discovery, push viewers to longer videos, and focus on a format you can keep making without burning out.

1k views per short is actually a solid baseline, most channels never even reach that consistently. improving hooks and watch time is a better move than trying to force virality.

bro 50 videos, what do you expect? if it was as you imagined, everyone would be successful, but as you can see, its not like that at all.. be persistent and you will see results.. just keep posting, you never know when your video will explode, but if you lost your will with 50 videos and even though you have 1k views per video.. now im going to give you a little will boost, one of my instagram pages had 0-3k views each after about 370 videos one blew up and reached 50 million views and I got about 40-50k followers.. after that everything started to go up and now i have 190k followers with 500 clips so just keep it up bro!
