Strait rip English content and translate, WPML allows for machine translation for a long time now, and doing this will create semi-decent translations for pennies.

You could try translating articles in your language from English sites.
I've seen a couple of journeys on BHW and it seems to work.

I just tried the free plan, and to be honest with you it's pretty good; but still you need to do lots of editing but i think it can deliver good content; for non-english native like myself an AI content creator is the way to go, sometimes you run out of ideas/words and this is where the AI can help you continue pushing those articles.

Rytr does a decent job for what you pay
Jarvis is much more robust and has commands

The problem with articles from expired domains is that you could get a copy-write strike from the owner from the domains.

The question was more AI-related.
If he doesn't own them anymore and, the domain is simply dead for years?

Translation is a bad idea, google owns google translate, so u know for sure google will detect translated content and will peanalize ur website. Have seen this before with linkbuilders using 1on1 translated content.

PLay any dutch video in your niche on youtube. Use google voice to text on smartphone (when writing sms or any other text in android) and put your phone near speakers and you got unlimited, unique content. You need to edit it, add dots at the ends of sentences but this method is free.
