I'm interested in starting a Private blog network and I have a question for those of you who built your own PBN

1) when you create your pbn, is it made up of domains that are related to your niche with relevant backlinks? or do you take any high pr expired domain and add niche relevant content despite the backlink profile being unrelated.

example:
if your niche is real estate do you only buy expired domains about real estate with backlinks from other real estate sites? what if you see a really great domain but it was a recipe website with backlinks about food, would you just remake the site with real estate content? is that less effecitve?

thanks!

Surely one of you can school me on this? Everyone seems to have a different opinion

I would imagine it's better in your niche, but I think sourcing the right domains would be impossible. I think the main factor is the stats- good pa/da.
then if you post relevant content on the sites so your links are surrounded by the same, you should be good.

Finding only relevant domains would be difficult. As previously mentioned, any domain with a good PA/DA and a good backlink profile will do well. These are three main things you want to check before purchasing a domain. Also, this is just my opinion but I think branded domains work better in a PBN then keyword domains though this is debatable. But, as I mentioned, just check the stats that I mentioned above and if everything checks out, then you'll be fine.

It is better of course to have domains in your niche, but it would be very tough/expensive to build such a network, especially if you have something that isn't mainstream.

Having relevant domains would be awesome but you are
not going to find them laying around in the cyber back yard
you know. So you need to just find the best domains with
the healthiest linking history.
