How t Automate social media app from android?

I'm trying to automate actions in a social media app on my Android phone. Which method would you recommend?
I found an app called MacroDroid, which uses ADB and triggers macros when certain events occur.
Other similar apps I came across are Tasker and Automate.
AppOps + DenyList (Magisk) for privacy/spoofing. For automation itself, Shizuku + AutoInput (or Tasker + AutoTools) is more reliable than using XPrivacyLua now.

Tasker is the best if you want deep automation, especially with the AutoInput plugin for image recognition. MacroDroid is simpler and good for basic stuff. Automate is great if you prefer visual flows. The software with image recognition you saw is likely AutoInput or something like Autify Mobile for more advanced needs.
