Let's say 20 homepage backlinks from high quality web 2.0s, which have 5 homepage backlinks and around 50 comment/post backlinks. And each of those 5 homepage backlinks have around 50 comment/post backlinks.
So it'd look something like this : (Tier1)One web 2.0 homepage backlink < (Tier2)5 homepage/post backlinks + 50 comment backlinks < (Tier3) Just low quality back-links around x100
Do that x20, would it be able to dominate page one in 6 months at a few keywords with around 500 - 1500 monthly searches, all of those keywords have websites with pretty bad SEO on the first page except first 2 results. They have around 100-500 low quality backlinks, no social media at all and their on-page seo is awful, some of them use a java? type of server that doesn't even display text to the Google bot.
So yeah, would 20 of those be able to take over a incompetent keyword with 500-1500 monthly search-rate?
