First , i don't know where to put this Thread exactly? so forgive me if it is in the wrong section.
my question is : how can we know how many domain names a person owns based on his name if the privacy option is unlock? or there is some techniques to do that?

if you know his email you can try at domaintools.com or to check all domains from his Name Server (if he has a dedicated server).
