If you click on the 3 dots on the members profile then click on report member, a lightbox appears and allows you to join the site.

It is a profile link

type the URL like this compliantmechanisms.byu.edu/profile/(the email you created with)/ profile

Then you can edit the account.

Cool trick to find more sites like this one. Find a "footprint". In this case it is this

Code:

[URL]https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Leave+comments%2C+follow+people+and+more.+Your+nickname%2C+profile+image%2C+and+public+activity+will+be+visible+on+our+site[/URL]

Thousands of websites using the same CMS where you can make the same profiles.
If you are after these kinds of links, use tool like scrapebox to scrape all those results off Google. SOrt them by DA or whatever metric you fancy. Or just go one-by-one down the list manually.
Then go to town making your profiles/links.
