How sketchy is this?

Well I parked a domain and I'm generating a good amount of traffic that actually clicks. These aren't botted hits either they're real people but i'm getting like a 40% ctr, which I feel is kind of sketchy. as long as the traffic remains type in will I be good? or should I start dropping some fake hits in their to lower that ctr more?

You didn't which ads provider are you using, but I am imagining Adsense. G has made some changes regarding Adsense for parked domains (or undeveloped site as they call it), but dunno if it is of any concern to you. Generally speaking if you received your payout and your clicks are still counted, you are safe. Other than that, if this is just your beginning you have reason to be worried. Even some Whitehat fully developed sites are being banned for Adsense everyday, so don't see that as much of surprise, if it ever comes to that.
