I am really curious how this site makes money?
I don't see any ad.
How sites like these makes money?

I found very good rank for this sie on alexa. but no ad on site why??

probably sells membership emails or uses membership to send offers to and charges businesses
 
Remember OP not all websites are built with that purpose in mind.
Many forums are started by hobbyists to create a community, if they can cover their hosting and expenses then they are happy.
 
some website's purpose isn't to make money, and just because there are no ads doesn't mean no money is coming in, they might have subs, or affilates.
