How should i use a Hudge list of Facebook targeted ID's?

Hello fellas, i managed to gather enourmous list of targeted facebook profiles ID's.
But since i am new in FB marketing and this will be my first try to monetize it, can i get advice about :
1-st Can i advertise a banner to my website in facebook , or i need to make a page in FB and advertise the same page trought FB PPC.
2-nd How can i target those specific ID's for the advertisment i will be launching.
Any others tips apriciated.

A lot of people create fake accounts to add them and then invite them to your fan page. That would be the best place to start imo. From there just make sure you bogus accounts are engaging with a real looking profile and related content to the fan page your planning on inviting them to. I have done this and it works fairly well. It is a numbers game but it will get you a solid fan base which you can then market to on your Fan Page.
