CPM means cost per thousand impression. That's how much youtube pay you every thousand viewers. Gross revenue is your revenue before any deduction.

thanks but as you are telling me, i have the views of 10000 daily and i should have paid ~ 10$ but i am only earning ~ 25$ monthly

I think you mean "bump" but you say you have 10,000 of views but where is that traffic coming from?

The reason why is right next to where your not looking on the picture.... Some playbacks of yours aren't monetized.
