How Should I Monetize?

I hope this is the right forum.

I have a niche I found with an insane amount of potential traffic. I haven't built the site yet since I've been busy, but I now have time to build it. The only thing is I don't know how to monetize it. It's a computer related niche. I'm thinking adsense and/or a program that I could sell. Maybe something off Commission Junction? I'm really not sure. Also, could someone recommend a good Wordpress theme that has a high conversion rate?

See the attached image for potential traffic (and yes they are exact match searches with hardly any competition). Over 100k visitors a month if I rank #1 for all keywords.

What else do you need?

A website URL for one, also..

The traffic your getting, the keyword competition, CPC of keywords, related products etc, literally missing out on thousands of details. Best if you were to create the site first, see the results you were getting then asked an experienced member here to view the site for you and ask politely to give suggestions on how to monetize.

As I mentioned in the first post, I didn't build the site yet. The competition of the keywords is in the attached image. It is next to nothing.

The CPC is under $1 for just about every keyword. That's why I'm looking for another type of affiliate commission.

Exactly, you didn't build a site yet. Stop planning, start doing, your not going to find a effective way of monetization when truly you have no hard facts.

And another point, it's not exactly easy to tell you which affiliates to go with when we know absolutely nothing about your product. Maybe it's apple related traffic and you do a free iPod offer? Maybe a dating affiliate would work better? Maybe an Amazon affiliate account is what you need? You're the only person who can tell if you don't tell us more about your keywords, so do your research!

OK, I'll say its Windows related. A common problem people have. Not the first thing you're gonna think of either.
