Hello :)

I have a lot of articles on my blog.

Some time i do wide article and i want to interlink to other article that go deeper on a specific point.

I was wondering how should i interlink.

I heard that anchor text was not good since google panda.

Can i do something like:
"If you want to know more on this particular subject you can consult this article ?"

Can i do this like 4 or 5 time on an article that's arround a thousand word or is it to much?

Am i gonna loose juice by linking to other article?

Have a look at wikipedia. It's fully interlinked and ranks great.

Anchor text is not a big issue for internal linking. You can use anchor text. Sometimes use generic keywords for natural variation.
If you link 4/5 times the same article from an article and using same anchor text, it will be a problem.

So, avoid the repeat anchor text when linking more than one form same article.
Only use one anchor text, rest others on generic keywords.

do not use "this article". It is better to describe what exactly is on the other side, e.g. by the title of the article.

additionally, use the panel of recommended articles or implement breadcrumbs

Use a more relevant anchor text. This looks just fine, mate. Go for it. I don't think you'll have major issues.
