How should I go about testing which wholesale products sell?

I currently sell a handful of products on a marketplace in my country, which at the moment makes me anywhere from $20 to $100 a week. There are about 3000 wholesale products in total that are available for me to dropship. There's a limit on the marketplace which only allows me to list 100 products at a time, or I could list extra at $0.10 per listing.

I had in mind maybe I should do it like this; List 100 products for a week, auctions close after a week, then I relist what sold and drop the ones that didn't sell and list some new products to see if they sell in the following week.

But I was thinking, some of those products that I got rid of, might have sold if I'd kept them on for 2 weeks.

So I don't know exactly how I should go about testing this.

My end goal obviously would be to only have listings of products that sell regularly (don't know how regularly, that's why I've made this post).

Any advice?

Thanks.
