I got 20k email subscribers on my website but how can i send 20k mails i hope for free.
Witch is the best one end can send 2 mails a week to 20k+ subs

Setup an email server correctly and use Mautic for send emails.

For free? Nowhere.

Amazon SES will be your best bet for 20k subscribers. I see other people suggesting services like MailChimp, but that's going to cost you $150 a month.

Buy your own software for a one-time fee of about $50 (Sendy and MyMail are both good), then you can send 20k email for pennies through Amazon SES.
