Is that really desirable? Perhaps it's better to setup your own smtp server with some app that does not rely on a saas app that owns your mail.

If you would like to use the third party services then I would suggest Mailchimp, Mailgun , SendGrid else as previously advice, you can write the script or develop your own application which will send emails to your subscribers. Second option is quite complicated and will need patience as it takes time to develop the application.
