How Search Console index backlinks?

I have read many threads and lots of people said that you can use search console to index backlinks
how to do that?

e.g. https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/what-indexing-site-is-working-for-you.1509649/

should I build a site with expired domain and post link on that? will it cause big footprint?
or should I use blogspot? it seems that it is hard to get indexed.

You can submit sitemap.

You can also inspect the page manually and once done submit it for indexing.

they are all from different domain. how can i inspect the page?
should I use 301 redirect?

I do not think you can use GSC to index backlinks that are on pages you don't control.

If you're talking indexing your post/pages. All you need do on GSC is to inspect and submit the page. This works most of the time, but for some difficult pages it doesn't work. It'll just be crawled but not indexed.

Manually check the rank status ... Apply on best ranking web it automatically indexed

There are many free tools and plugins available online to create a site map like this: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
Once you have created the sitemap, you can submit it using this as per the guide:

https://www.semrush.com/blog/submit-sitemap-to-google/https://yoast.com/help/submit-sitem...-submit-your-sitemap-to-google-search-console

I dont understand. I mean backlinks not my personal site.
how can i submit sitemap for backlinks?

Use this if you are using Wordpress.

https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
It's what I use and my posts are usually indexed in 2-3 hours.

Ah no worries, my bad, have you looked an a link indexer. I know some guys sell them here.
