Is this even possible?

Robots.txt and noindex tags obviously aren't going to be sufficient here.

Maybe a popup containing a WhatsApp button that Google cannot read?

Long shot, but thought if anyone would know, it would be the BHW community!

Don't think hard, just put your phone there, they won't think that it's the footprint. At least, I never felt that.
