I have customize my own lower 3rd banner in adobe effects cs6 and want to safe for video. which one option and format i should choose into adobe effect cs6 ?

i want to show this lower banner on video ? Please experts help

should be something along the lines of file>export>media
if not check out adobe site for a media encoder for effects and use that.
they normally have presets that work decently for web content
