How safe is translated content?

As far as which tiers to use it on... Is it safe enough to put it right on your PBN tier 1 or should you keep it maybe tier 2 and back?

I would like to save some time on content generation but am also trying to avoid the panda.

Keep it on tier 2. PBN must be quality so it requires to have human readable content.

so you're spinning this by hand with the best spinner or something similar?

I've tried auto rewrite but it comes out kinda sloppy.

My current tactic is to use dragon naturally speaking produced articles on PBN, translated content mixed with kontent machine articles on tier 2, 2 tiers of GSA links, then a massive xrumer blast to index it all up.
