How Safe Is Microsoft One Drive?

Hi Guys,

I am about to make Microsoft One Drive my only cloud storage provider. I planned to empty my external HDDs into my paid OneDrive account.

Few Questions:
Can a Microsoft staff member access my data (files, pictures, and videos) without my password?

Secondly, can a hacker access it and view my data?

anything on the internet can be accessed, but i dont think staff will just acces your files like that as they can be sued for privacy issues if ever.

Is safe depending if you use the verification app from windows and you have a complex password with that you are already safe, believe me I see like 100 attempts every day to access to my hotmail email for the past 5 years and still safe, complex password numbers, capital; letters special characters around 15 characters long non repeated password from my passwords and app installed they still trying so is safe.
