How safe is Instagram story viewer?

I have seen application and service that allows Instagram account to view many Instagram story from other accounts.

Anyone have tried that? What are the risk?

it's ok if you have a validated (blue tick) account. otherwise avoid that

My experience is, not safe at all.
Got both my accounts banned after using masspoller.

If abused nothing is safe with instagram.
