How safe is Entropay?

I'd like to place some money in a paypal account verified with an Entropay VCC. Problem is i'm putting money on that VCC from my real bank account, and i'd rather not do that. Because they say:

We treat all information given by you in confidence and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose such information to any third parties except (a) where required or permitted by law; or (b) where your consent has been received.

I also need the VCC to buy something from a seller that doesn't accept Paypal.

Do you know where i could get such a VCC completely anonymous?

Nowhere you will find a completely anonymous VCC as anyone having the law enforcement knocking on their doors and asking about you will just give away your identity

Yes, well hopefully the one that deals in this kind of things knows how to avoid the police knocking on their door. Something which a legit company can't do.
